Attentively we commence roasting our Brazilian varieties to light-medium roast to achieve their well-balanced body, endearing a smooth and velvety soft mouthfeel to every cup. 

Grown in the western region of Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee - our naturally grown and scrupulously selected Ethiopian Djimmah coffee beans produce a wild, earthy and distinctively herbaceous flavour with aromatics transcending the discerning coffee drinker to the very genesis of coffee itself. Expect a full-bodied flavour and notes of rich pulped and stoned fruit culminating in a clean finish.
